Refund Policy

We try our hardest to detect problems with customer provided digital pictures and artwork and work with the customer to correct those problems prior to printing.

In the rare case of a workmanship or printing defect caused by variables other than the customer provided picture, we will offer a full replacement or refund.

In the case of product damage during shipping, we will work with the customer to file a claim with the shipping company. If the claim is not paid we will provide a replacement product.

In the case that there is no damage per se, but the customer does not like the product, we will refund/exchange at our discretion depending on the reason for the dissatisfaction.
